She is often one of the first people clients hear from and one of the people they interact with most frequently throughout their relationship with Illuminate. She helps coordinate account requests, paperwork, scheduling, and ongoing service needs while ensuring clients receive timely communication, thoughtful support, and the attention they deserve.

Outside the Office
Nicole enjoys practicing yoga, lifting weights, and spending time with her children. She lives in Alabama, where the weather is hot and humid about 95% of the time, but she wouldn’t trade it for anything.
Whether she’s spending time outdoors with family or enjoying a slower pace of life, Nicole appreciates the opportunity to stay connected to the people who matter most. That same focus on relationships and helping others carries through to her work with clients every day.
