Eddie joined Illuminate in 2020 and brings a diverse background spanning government, management, and client service. While much of his work happens behind the scenes, he plays an important role in helping the team operate efficiently and ensuring clients receive the level of service and care they deserve.
He enjoys connecting with people, learning their stories, and helping create an experience where clients feel valued, supported, and well cared for throughout their relationship with Illuminate.

Outside the Office
When he’s not helping manage the day-to-day operations of Illuminate, Eddie enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, exercising ( hurting his back), and finding time to enjoy a good book.
Eddie has always enjoyed getting to know people and learning about the experiences that shape their lives. That genuine interest in others is one of the reasons he values the work he does every day and why helping people feel welcomed, supported, and appreciated remains important to him both inside and outside the office.
