Nicole has years of experience in client relations and a deep passion for building meaningful connections. Before transitioning to Illuminate, she worked as a Tax Director, where she loved helping clients navigate complex issues and find practical solutions.  

Now, as an Administrative Assistant, her goal is to ensure every client feels heard, valued, and fully supported. She’s committed to delivering quick, thoughtful solutions and making sure everyone receives the help they need as soon as possible. 

When Nicole’s not working, she enjoys practicing yoga, lifting weights, and spending time with her kids. She lives in Alabama, where it’s hot and humid about 95% of the time, but wouldn’t trade it for anything. There’s something special about the southern heat that makes the moments spent outdoors with family even more rewarding!
